Frequently asked questions
What's in the User edition?
One stream for 250 messages, configuration, search and filtering, a one-chart BI board and one alert — for non-commercial use.
How does "per bed" scaling work?
Bed count is a size proxy: a small site pays a fraction of what a large hospital pays, with a per-bed rate that decreases at scale.
Is the Trainer edition limited?
Full access for educational purposes, limited to 250 messages per stream across 2 different streams. Per-classroom pricing (up to 20 learners), with a per-extra-learner add-on — provided on request.
Can I change edition later?
Yes. You can upgrade any time; the difference is prorated over the remaining term.
